“The reality of the current international economic situation […] has introduced some approaches that justify the fact that, after travelling the path that represents the preparation of work and with an eye on its objectives and conclusions, we wonder if today’s reality (March 1974) may affect the line of analysis of the study. To approach this problem it seems appropriate to remember that the most outstanding aspect that stands out in the current international economic landscape is that of uncertainty regarding the future.”
