The Cercle d’Economía Foundation and the Obra Social “la Caixa” considers education as a decisive factor in social and cultural development, equitable and cohesive, fully integrated into the European social model. The continuous improvement of education is not only a challenge for policy makers and professionals who are dedicated to it, but for society as a whole and especially the economic and social sectors. It is for this reason that, jointly and thanks to “la Caixa” Banking Foundation, we announced the Fundació Cercle d’Economia Education Award dedicated to promoting, in particular, the efforts of teachers, professors and educational centers that seek and support the generation of talent.
