CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of T‑Systems Iberia, a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group.
He holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and has completed executive programs at IESE and IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
With over 25 years of professional experience in Information Technology across Brazil, the United States, Germany, and Spain, he has built a strong international career at firms such as E&Y, Sun Microsystems, and the Volkswagen Group. He joined the Deutsche Telekom Group in 2006 and was appointed CEO of T‑Systems Iberia in 2018, leading its transformation toward digitalization services and technology platforms for both the public and private sectors. He promoted the strengthening of the company’s innovation centers in Barcelona and Madrid and created technology hubs in Granada and Reus, integrating them into international development networks.
Osmar currently serves as President of the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain, playing an active role in strengthening economic ties between the two countries. He is also Vice President of the 22@Network technology district, a board member of Change2Grow, and a member of the Business Council of La Salle Campus Barcelona. Through these roles, he contributes to the strengthening of the business, technology, and educational ecosystem, driving growth and digital transformation.
