Graduate in Business Administration and holder of a postgraduate degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Barcelona, Josep Franch Bellmunt leads the investment team for Southern Europe at Rockfield Real Estate, one of Europe’s leading vertically integrated real estate managers.
Headquartered in Amsterdam, Rockfield manages approximately €2 billion in assets through open-ended funds, closed-ended funds, and separate accounts, with an exclusively institutional and international investor base. The company is a reference operator in the European living sector, with a strong presence in rental housing and student residences.
Before joining Rockfield, Josep Franch spent nearly seven years at the international manager Greystar, where he led the acquisition, development, and management of over 10,000 beds in Spain, consolidating his experience in rental residential development, flex living, and student housing.
In the social sphere, focusing on the conservation of cultural and social heritage, he serves as Secretary of the Board of the Germandat de la Mare de Déu de la Mercè of Barcelona and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the La Morisca Foundation in Gerri de la Sal.
