He is also an Aspen Spain Fellow and a member of the Board of Directors of the Cercle d'Economia. Marta has spent most of her professional life in Silicon Valley, where she has advised and participated in the creation of several technology-based start-ups, from their beginnings to their IPO. A lawyer from the University of Barcelona and a Juris Doctor with Honors from Nova Southeastern University, she completed her studies at Stanford University and the London School of Economics. His professional career began at Baker & McKenzie, Microsoft Corp., and Osborne Clarke. Between 2011 and 2013 she was a member of the Telecommunications Market Commission (CMT), currently CNMC. He later co-founded Digital Origin, a fintech company, where he served as General Counsel until mid-2018.
