Joan Roca, Executive Chairman of Roca Junyent, currently combines his duties as a managing partner with advice on contracts, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, representing public or regulated companies and Spanish and foreign financial institutions. He also has an extensive experience in the regulatory field and acts as secretary of the board of directors of several companies in regulated sectors, insurance companies and financial institutions. Apart from his experience and work as a lawyer, he has traditionally been linked to teaching. He actively participates in associations and civil society and is the author of various publications and collaborates in magazines on current economic and legal issues.
