CEO of Roca Group, a global company specialised in the design, production and marketing of products for the bathroom space and ceramic floor and wall tiles. He began his professional career as a lawyer in various firms, although he has developed most of his professional career in Roca, where he started working in 1981. After holding various positions in the Legal and Human Resources departments, in 1998 he was appointed Corporate Director of Human Resources. Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and MBA from ESADE. He is also a member of the Plenary of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, a member of the board of directors of Foment del Treball, president of the Metal·(UPM) and vice-president of Confemetal.
