Claudia Millán holds a degree in Business Management and Administration and graduated in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She also has a postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation of Organizations from the Barcelona School of Management (Universitat Pompeu Fabra - 2019). She has developed her professional career in Ricoh as an internal consultant in continuous process improvement and operational efficiency. Certified in Green Belt project management, Lean Six Sigma (2016). She joined the Institut Cerdà in 2017 where she has worked on strategy, territory and innovation projects.
