Catalan politician and economist, Vicenç Oller was the advisor of Industry and Energy between 1980 and 1984. He was a government advisor to Artur Mas and president of the Cercle d'Economia (1987-1989). He also assumed a position on the Board of Directors of la Caixa until 2008 and has been a member of the Societat Catalana d’Economia and a member of the Fundació Economia i Empresa.
