Núria Mas holds a degree in Economics and Business from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a PhD in Economics from Harvard University. She is currently a professor and head of Economics at IESE Business School, head of the Jaime Grego Chair of Healthcare Management and associate researcher at the IESE Public-Private Sector Research Center. She is also a member of the Governing Council of the Bank of Spain. During her doctoral studies, she was a research fellow of Ageing and Health at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Before joining IESE, she worked as an associate at Lehman Brothers International. Núria Mas was a member of the Advisory Committee for the Sustainability and Progress of the Healthcare System of the Government of Catalunya. Her research has been published in numerous international academic journals.
