Carmina Ganyet

Economist. Carmina Ganyet began her professional career at Arthur Andersen, specialising in the financial sector. Subsequently, she was Head of Investment and Management Control of the Financial, Real Estate and Insurance Group, CaixaHolding (now Criteria.) In 2000 she was appointed Financial Director of Innmobiliaria Colonial and as of 2008, she has assumed the role of Corporate General Director. Carmina Ganyet is also currently a member of the Board of Directors, Executive and Audit Committee of Société Foncière Lyonnaise; independent director of Repsol, member of its Audit Committee and Chairman of the Appointments Committee and the Repsol Compensation Committee. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of SegurCaixa-Adeslas, ICF (Catalan Institute of Finance) and SIIC Paris, and has teaching experience as a professor in the Faculty of Business Administration at the Universitat Ramon Llull. In terms of social involvement, Carmina Ganyet is a member of the Board of Ethos Ramon Llull-Ethics and Business, Founder of l’Espai Vicens Vives, member of the Esade Alumni Board and Real Estate Club, member of the Executive Committee of ULI-Barcelona, ​​member of the Board of Trustees of the Ramon LLull University and member of the Executive Committee of Barcelona Global.
