Economist. She began her professional career at Arthur Andersen, specializing in the financial sector. She later joined CaixaHolding (now Criteria) as Head of Investment and Management Control for the Financial, Real Estate, and Insurance Group. In 2000, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Inmobiliaria Colonial and, since 2008, has served as Corporate General Manager.
She is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of Société Foncière Lyonnaise, a board member and member of the Executive Committee of Repsol, and a board member of Fluidra. She has also served on the Boards of SegurCaixa-Adeslas and the Institut Català de Finances (ICF), as proprietary director of SIIC de Paris, member of CaixaBank’s Diversity Committee, trustee of Universitat Ramon Llull, and founder of Espai Vicens Vives.
In the area of social engagement, she is Vice President of Barcelona Global, member of the Consell Ethos Ramon Llull on Ethics and Business, Chair of the ESADE Real Estate Club, and member of the Executive Committee of ULI-Barcelona.
