On Thursday, June 29, we organized a dialogue around the book "Una pica en Flandes: La huella de España en la Unión Europea". In the colloquium participated Javier Elorza, ambassador of Spain and author of the book, and Ramon Rovira, assistant to the presidency and director of Institutional Relations and Communication of Grupo Godó.
In his book, Elorza shows the European Union from the inside, with its power struggles, power imbalances and secret agreements, among others. He also recounts the intertwining of the complex negotiations he experienced with Felipe González or José María Aznar.
