The municipal elections are a crucial moment for the future of Barcelona and for reflecting on the different models of the city. In this act we had the participation of different representatives of organizations of the city to talk about the problems, challenges and opportunities that Barcelona has in the coming years. We were accompanied by Mercè Conesa, general director of Barcelona Global, Oriol Estela, general coordinator of the PEMB, and Fèlix Riera, director of ReThinkBCN. The session was moderated by Jordi Amat, member of the Cercle d'Economia Board of Directors.

Taking the whole of the metropolitan region of Barcelona, what we propose from the PEMB is to combine, as the urban planner Carlos Moreno also proposes, the idea of a 15-minute city, with that of the 45-minute region."
