The metropolitan dimension when thinking strategically about cities is key. They are clear and this is how representatives of strategic plans and urban agendas from all over the State such as Zaragoza, Málaga, Seville, Bilbao, Valencia and Pamplona expressed it. In the framework of the meeting organized last December 1 by the Economic Circle and the Metropolitan Strategic Plan of Barcelona (PEMB) under the title 'Planning the cities of 2030' to try to answer the question: How do we address urban challenges in the 2030 horizon?
