The pandemic caused by covid-19 has dealt a severe blow to the evolution of the economy at the global and state levels. Europe faces a horizon of risks in a context of high uncertainty. Only ambitious and imaginative approaches can place our country back as a pole of attraction for talent and investment. Therefore, a future proposal is needed that is framed in the geopolitical coordinates that are being drawn for the post-pandemic context.
